Would you all agree that these surgeries create a lot of inflammation
in our bodies....
Going into this replacement, I had FM, OA and degeneration in many areas of my body, but came out worse from my surgery...
Only thing really different is NO GROIN PAIN.
I've been working for 2+ yrs dealing with it all and now taking a
new anti inflammatory supplement, Anatabloc and getting some relief in less than 1 month....so I'm hoping it continues....
But this Chronic Inflammation is a huge issue. My knee and ankle and feet are feeling some relief.....View Thread

I know Prolotherapy can work as I've had it in my shoulder and got a GOOD 3 yrs of relief....and I could end up with more Prolo down the road....insurance does not PAY for it...so prolo could HELP and a consult is something I would suggest...there are Prolo MD's and practioners all over the U.S. a lot in So. Cal. I know.
Jointrehalb.com is a good site to check out. Dr. Darrow on this site talks about so many of his patients come in after replacements...and surgeries period...
Wish I could be more optimistic about surgeries, if emergency then I guess one has to.
I'm also now taking a new anti inflammatory for going on 3 months to help reduce all the inflammation in my body from my hip replacement and other OA issues...it's called Anatabloc and I'm getting pretty good results, but it's not making me a NEW person, but who knows in a year...maybe a newer person. I take less pain meds and that is good...and I sleep really good and know this supp is part of my great sleep.View Thread

Boswellia and Cats Claw and other supps are helpful with inflammation.
I take anatabloc now close to 3 months for all the inflammation from my hip replacement 2.5 yrs ago, yes, I've been left with a mess, but no groin pain...ahhh, traded pains..
I've gotten rid of a lot of burning especially spinal stenosis but I'm still a battered mess from my hip replacement...no guarantees FOR SURE.View Thread

product is working on reducing inflammation in my body and
so much of this inflammation is from my hip replacement
surgery...
I'm on Anatabloc just over 1 month and I continue to wake up
in NO PAIN, and take less pain meds during the day, off
Tylenol all together....
This is so new in the marketplace, and I believe it has a long
way to go to help us with our PAIN issues.....View Thread

Dr. Marc Darrow here in LA has a radio program every weekend and people call in with their issues and MANY have had the replacements and the surgeries and are in bad shape...they go to him to try to get things "fixed" from the
surgeries...
Dr. Darrow always says as long as one can bend knees, there is cartlige there....and the surgries only add more OA and inflammation to the already inflammed areas...
These replacements are not a cure all for everyone, I've read so many miserable stories on other boards about the replacements.....
Do think and look into Anatabloc, it's helping me in only a month, and I felt a shift with the chronic pain in 5 days on it....I was skeptical as can be, but more and more I'm a believer in it.
Also, look into Prolotherapy...it rebuilds ligaments around the joints...
I started having knee issues at 57 or so and I'm 74....I'm happy to have NO MORE surgeries....that hip replacement was enough to last me a lifetime... Not the best of outcomes...granted no Groin Pain, but so much other pain in other joints....View Thread

I don't want knee replacement...Prolotherapy can help a lot of joint issues, I have some for my shoulder and it was great.
I've had the synvisc 2 times with two diff products, didn't help either time, just cost me a lot of $$$$...
I'm taking Anatabloc now and it works on reducing Chronic Inflammation in all the body including joints... It's helping my burning spinal stenosis and HOPING my knee will get relief...
I'm only on it close to 1 month and it's helping a lot truly....
Those replacements can leave us with more misery oftentimes... When I got out I wear a knee support and
often wear it in the house....View Thread

Knee is worse, foot and ankle all worse...only thing that is "fixed" no groin pain at the hip surgery...
The whole thigh area is so sore and stiff, IT band damage, I had anterior approach....I had it at 72....
It's been a nightmare, I've been so much "work" in the last 2 yrs to get help on this....and here it is...I believe a lot of inflammation is going on.
I'm on a new supp called Anatabloc and HOPE it will give me some help...it reduces inflammation. jamView Thread

I'm more angry than anything and going back to surgeon, would probably get me more angry. I don't think there is infection, but a lot of inflammation from the trauma of the major surgery they do.View Thread
