I have not been able to tell the difference between FM/lupus symptoms. Sometimes it is neither it's arthritis or ?. I'm not good at knowing what is what. If you figure out how to let me know. I also have trouble with memory and it could be either FM/lupus or depression. Of course with depression I have a few good days. I just keep going forward doing what I can to reduce the pain and craziness that comes with illnesses.View Thread
Some hospitals have support groups. Check into that. When my daughter passed away she was in hospice and this was suggested. Don't know if it was a part of the hospital or they knew of a support group. Best wishes.View Thread
Has anyone found out what causes the "out of breath" moments? I noticed the other day that my legs were weak and when I got up I had trouble breathing. Don't know if they are related. I never noticed that before. Just wish I knew what caused it and If it can be stopped.View Thread
I've been to 2 doctor's and nothing is wrong, yet, nothing changes either. If I don't want to get out of breath I have to do nothing, which doesn't get anything done. Hopefully, someone will have more information. Glad I'm not the only one though. Thanks for letting me know you have that problem too.View Thread
I have Fibromyalgia and Lupus (plus other things.) I feel pretty much like you do. I'm tired most of the time, can't sleep very well at night and hurt in my arms and legs and feel like a rag doll at times. I'm in physical therapy right now for my right arm and neck which give me the biggest fit. Still waiting and hoping the physical therapy works. Hope you get your answers. Mine seem to be on-going problem.
I was diagnosed 2000 for Lupus and FM sometime in the 1980s.View Thread
