I've read studies indicating upwards of 50% of pregnancies end in miscarriage so hang in there and while hard to go through emotionally, nature is doing it's job to get you a healthy baby.
Hard to predict is you will continue with another miscarriage on your next pregnancy. A single miscarriage is typically not of concern until you have had 2 or more miscarriage.
Great question and good luck!

Also making sure to follow the below sperm healthy lifestyle is key to ensure top quality sperm production.
Sperm-Healthy Lifestyle
1. No heat to the scrotum and groin areas. Heat causes damage to the sperm cells so stay away from hot tubs, saunas, Jacuzzis or soaking in baths above body temperature.
2. Stay well hydrated. Drink plenty of fluids. Caffeine is okay in moderation.
3. Eat a well balanced diet with plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. Red meat and fish should be consumed regularly.
4. Regular ejaculations, every 24-48 hours, to keep the system revved up.
5. Avoid testosterone replacements and all male hormone/androgen supplements. These can drastically reduce or even zero-out sperm counts.
6. Absolutely no tobacco in any form. Tobacco use causes DNA damage to sperm cells that leads to lower pregnancy rates, increased incidence of miscarriage and birth defects. This holds true for marijuana and other recreational drugs.
7. Alcohol in moderation. Excess drinking is associated with significant sperm toxicity.
8. Maintain a healthy BMI level. Excess fat tissue results in increased estrogen and lowered testosterone.
9. Avoid cells phones in pants pockets or belt clip attachments. Do not place laptop, tablets or other computer devices directly on lap.
When it comes to supplements more does not always equal better so please follow the dosages below. If you are not a fan of taking all these individually we would recommend purchasing a male fertility blend vitamin such as FertilAid for Men, Fertility Blend for Men, Conception XR or other blended multivitamins containing a majority of these ingredients such as GNC's B-Complex 75 Complete (as low as $9.59/month) with the addition of the missing items. Fertility Boost for Men can also be added to help improve sperm motility and forward progression.
Always consult your primary care provider before starting any supplements.

Sounds like testing has come back normal on both sides so now it's a waiting game to see if pregnancy just happens.
Infertility is 40% female factor, 40% male factor and 20% combination and/or undiagnosable. It's easier when you have any answer but you are falling in that 20% gray zone.
At this point you can give it a few more months or move onto trying intrauterine inseminations or IVF if needed.
Keeping my fingers crossed the natural conception will work!

Stage 3 is used to describe the severity of the varicocele. Some men have only a mild varicocele and repair is not necessary but the the Stage 3 would need the repair, varicocelectomy, and this should be done by a microsurgeon to give you best results. You should have improvement in fertility 3-6 months following your repair.
Sooner you have the repair the sooner you will be on the track to improved fertility.
Dr. Marks stresses the importance of a microsurgeon for best outcome so discuss this with your urologist to see if he has microsurgery training. If not ask for a referral.

The stress of collecting at the lab can cause performance anxiety.

Depending on the morphology testing used 4%, 14% or 30% can all be normal limits. The 25% is above 2 of those limits and testing methods but just under on the 3rd so very likely this number will improve with those supplements to push him back into the normal limit.

112 x 30% = 33.6 million total motile this is also good since normal fertility is 15 million motile or higher.
The motility grading if A = rapid and D = sluggish or immotile we would like to more sperm in the A and B categories to know what sperm is showing movement are strong swimmers. A number of things can impact motility so following a sperm healthy lifestyle is very important. No heat to the testicles, no hot tubs, hot bathes etc, no smoking or other drug use, alcohol only in moderation = no more than 2 drinks a day, check side effects for any medications currently taking, check is any chemical exposures, eat a healthy well balanced diet.
Since count is high this offsets the motility being a little low. Normal motility is considered 40% or higher. I would read over my sperm healthy lifestyle guidelines to make sure there isn't doing something day to day that can lower motility. I also recommend starting on a fertility blended vitamin such as FertilAid for Men and their Motility Booster.
Morphology or normal forms at 50% looks good. Not sure what test they used but with a Kruger Strict 4% or high is acceptable and other methods classify 14% and 30% normal as acceptable so 50% is well above all those different types of testing.
The vitamins can help improve that motility and morphology so it might be the edge needed for a successful conception. Overall numbers look great. How long have you been trying to get pregnant?
Was any lubricant used in the collection process? Lubricant can decrease motility.
It is always a good idea to test another sample in 1-2 months since it is hard to base full fertility off 1 sample alone.
