Have been feeling pretty good.....at least till 2 days ago. I am 9 days out of when I would have a period and what a mess I am. No symptoms for months and here I go again. Horrible anxiety, hot flashes, I don't get hot flashes. This is crazy. I just want all this to go away! I like feeling normal and this is not generally my normal.I have been the poster child for "menopause gets better", then this hits again like gangbusters.View Thread
Hi. I'm doing this without HRT. Took them for a day about 15 years ago and lost my vision for 24 hours.......pretty scarey.... so I decided that was it. Don't have hot flashes much, I found that vitamin E helps that along with soy milk helps alot. I don't have the hot flashes anymore. I wish I could be more help to you. If you are looking for natural ways to help with any symptoms, I would be more than happy to share with you what has helped me.View Thread

I know what you mean about the achy feet and ankles. I thought the monthly PMS I still get was bad.........There is nothing worse than having to hobble around. Went out and bought a pair of cross trainers (they have great support) and walk on a treadmill daily for a few miles. It does help some.View Thread
