I am unable to take HRT (had my share of that stuff in infertility) so now the hot flashes & restlessness start.. here's my 'tip' for other menopausal babes... I am in love with my new p.j.'s made with calming negative ions... even bought a pair for my sister who has horrendous symptoms of fibromyalgia ... we are both now sleeping soundly though the night..! We can't get over it! I am not as crabby and she is not in as much pain during the day! if you suffer, with any of these miserable symptoms you should check it out...oh, almost forgot the name is Goodnighties and you can buy them on-line. soft and easy to wear...like a miracle for us!View Thread
ok.. I've said it before and I'll say it again... check out Goodnighties p.j.s ... if you want to sleep for whatever reason... I have pain from FM and sweats from menopause... just sucked... but these work! I'm like a new person. good luck to you! I hope you'll be throwing away your reading light like I did! LOLView Thread
MissyW. here is some relief...controls your body temperature... I had what you had ---not any more...buy a pair of Goodnighties p;j.'s ...you won't have to take meds it's safe and you will sleep well the first night.. then just wear them under your clothes!View Thread
Hi...just wanted to suggest a simple non-hormonal solution......It's nightwear (and I'm not kidding!) called 'Goodnighties' ....soft, comfortable made with negative ions that help you stay calm and stay asleep! It helped regulate my body temperature with these.....I used to have terrible hot flashes then I was cold....it sucked! couldn't believe how tired and cranky i had become! you really should try them! good luck!
