I so much feel most of you, especially Valerie! I'll be turning 50 this year and so far, haven't yet any symptoms of menopause inspite of my hysterectomy when I was only 28 years old. I've been taking the plant-based hormones called Estrace, but on top of that I have drunk non-GMO soya milk for 16 years since 1995. amazon.com - Feisty Diva (guide to menopause and to all over 40) View Thread
