I understand how you feel.
I am almost 49 and i haven't had my period for almost 4 months, yet it sometimes seems like it is going to start with cramps, bloating, etc.
I seem to get upset and depressed real easy.

and they seem to be helping.
You can purchase them in any herb shop.
Chamomile tea also help keeps me calm and not so stressed.
Don quai also helps with depression for me.
Sometimes i go off about the smallest issues.
I am not alone, but often feel alone and by myself.
I sometimes feel better, but this is a rough time in a woman's life and i can't wait til it's all the way over.
I also understand the weight gain.
