Hi I have had very sore breasts too and I am 54 and STILL have my periods. In fact, it is 27 days for 13 days on average so different in the last 6 months. All my life 2 to 3 days very, very light so I understand.This is what I have found in my research.
Our diet is very important to control our symptoms. So treat food as medicine:
1 Eat low saturate fats
2 Take Vitamin E 400 to 800 units, B6 and Evening Primrose Oil also Light Soy Milk, it is so good to my surprise, Vanilla. I have done this for one month the results WOW it is amazing. I also take a Multi vitamin and Biotin also Vitamin D. It sounds like a lot but not really and I am so much better.Good LuckView Thread
