I'm 42 and suffer from cold spells. Sometimes they last 30 mins, sometimes they last for hours. My husband can always tell I'm having one when he comes in and finds me sitting in the 72 degree house wearing 2 shirts, a hoodie, 2 pairs of fluffy socks, long underwear and flannel pj bottoms on. I have had my thyroid checked and came back normal. I've been going thru this for 4 yrs now. My only relief is too take a scalding hot shower for 15-20 mins, which doesn't work when you are away from home. For the last few years my female dr has dismissed 'menopause' because she says I'm 'too young to be going thru it'. So don't think you are alone, gals!View Thread
