Whenever I go for a run or walk about 3 minutes in I get pain in my testicles, mostly the left one. And this prevents me from doing cardio because it will either go from a pain that doesn't really bother me to feeling like I was hit in the balls. This also happens at random times when I'm not running or walking. And I did a self exam and haven't felt anything that can be a health risk. So what I want to know how can I stop this pain and be able to do cardio or sit down? And is this bad or is it normal?View Thread
