Title says it all! I'm in my teens and just want to get a bit more muscle. A little bit skinner than average but otherwise I do okay. Was thinking of joining a team sport but don't know which one! Advice for that would be very much appreciated. I was also thinking if I should go to the gym... anyways any piece of info or advice would be helpful.

I haven't been on for a while and when I did come on, I saw hurtful comments about me. I thought this was a place were don't judge others. I am a teenager, yes, and I am very curious Is that not allowed? My profile pic is the body I aspire to be and I never thought that people could not be so rude! I am slightly hurt and hope that you guys will take back your hurtful comments and be a bit more considerate and sensitive.
