I drink green & chai tea in the morning totaling about 80mgs of caffiene per day. I do not drink anything else wit caffeine & only occaionally eat a piece of chocolate. I have not tried eliminating it al together a few days before my period begins but I will give it try.
Thank You for the tip!

I havent tried Botox-it scares me-but maybe I need better educated on the risks/benefits of it. I know its getting alot of media play however. If you go that route, please check back & let us know how it goes for you.
Having a job where you are continually at the computer is killer for us migraineurs-make sure you take lots of breaks just to stretch your neck & back & give your eyes a break.
Good Luck-I hope you get some relief,
