I can't even call them that. About a 1 week ago, I noticed when I shook my head from side to side, I am getting a sharp pain slightly to the left side of my head (front). It isn't unbearable but is uncomfortable. It is localized to a very small area.
It also happens when I move my head quickly. Pain also occurs when I run/jog.
I've not noticed any other problems or symptoms. I do have a crappy pillow so I just recently got one that provided more support. I didn't know if it could be a cervical issue.
Additionally, I took a sinus pill the other day and it didn't seem to have any affect.View Thread
