I have tried pred. and it helped for like 2 weeks but then I was till getting my tension headaches. I am very stressed a lot and I have a lot of anxiety along with it. I used to take Excedrin migraine and that worked well for me, but now my PCP we are trying to find something that will work so I can function being a stay at home mom can take a toll and some days I have to deal with the pain because it's only me here taking care of my little one. I noticed a heating pad works well if you can get a few minutes away from your daily activities. I am planning on seeing a neurologist in March and see what he has to say. Had a mra and a mri and nothing really stood out except sinues issues. I have tried Maxalt but man that is way to expensive and how many tension headaches I get I would be broke by the end of the month. LOLView Thread
