Just looking for some advice. I have had a low-grade headache for about a week now. It is on and off, mostly in the back of my head but seems to move around to the front and side sometimes. I can "create" pain by turning my neck, and sometimes when I stand up I get a pulsating pain in the head. The pain itself seems more like pressure. If I push on the area of the neck where it meets the head, there is also pain. I've tried stretching but it doesn't seem to help. I have a history of migraines, but haven't had one for quite a while, and this seems different than my previous ones. Other than this, I'm in good health. So, do you think this is just a "weird" migraine? tension headache? Something worse?
I currently live in Europe and don't really want to see a doctor here (language issues). I'll be returning home to the USA in about month. Is it okay to wait until then to see a doctor?
