- Vitamin D is a fat soluble. If you are having problems absorbing it, try taking it at the end of your meals, and with some Organic Virgin Coconut oil. - Also switch to a liquid Vitamin D. (not pill form) - And take some Vitamin K (MK4, MK7). (If you are on blood thinners I am not sure if Vitamin K is a good thing to take.)
