I have my heart set on having a home birth, I have a very low-risk pregnancy and am very healthy and am not worried about any complications, only the small chance that something can go wrong, I know there is always a chance, but I think it is worth it to at least try to do everything stressfree and natural.... The only problem is that I live an hour and a half away from the nearest hospital and there are no birth centers and few midwives, and they suggest to do a birth in a nice hotel, even though this sounds weird I am getting turned onto the idea, also I want to do a water birth, or at least labor in water, and a nice big jacuzzi tub in a hotel would be nice. Can anyone share any homebirth stories with me? I have done lots of research and really wanna do this! But I wanna be practical! Also how much did it cost for you to do a home birth?? Thanks!!View Thread
