Unfortunately, the website and phone line are so bogged down with people that you can't even access the information to find out whether or not you have a container from the lot that is being recalled.
My husband, mother and I have been trying since about 6:30 this morning (it's 2:00 p.m. now) and we still cannot get on the website. The phone line has a waiting time in excess of 30 minutes and I just don't have the time to sit around on hold. I honestly don't care about getting my money back... I just want to know what lots are contaminated.View Thread
