My mother in law makes a fresh pico de guillo and chops cucumbers in there. I'm not a cucumber fan but it's actually really good. She also chops it up finely and adds it as a topping on tacos and tostadas. Oh and Ceviche is an awesome summer food. It's just pico de guillo with some crab or artificial crab chopped or shedded in there. YOu eat it with chips and it's so good it's like a meal in itself.
I was also looking up how to freeze veggies since I know I'll need to if I get this basket and came across this one. Hope it helps!
I'm going to give it a try as well. I also live in Arizona and there's a pick up location about 5 blocks down the street from me. I think they only take orders on Tuesdays and Wednsdays so I'll put my order in tomorrow. I'm excited to give this a try. Thanks!View Thread
