On 6/28/12 I had the first session of a root canal done on #12 my first premolar. (The Dentist said I needed a root canal because I had a deep cavity. It never bothered me unless I ate something sweet like chocolate.) After the first session I took my anitbiotics and I felt fine, a bit sore but nothing out of the ordinary. On 7/10/12 after the second session once the numbing went away, I had pain. It only got worse in the middle of the night. I took some Advil which helped. On 7/12/12 I called my dentist and asked if this was normal. He asked me to come in if the pain got worse. Well of course the pain got worse when his office closed. I have pain on my left temple, ear and cheek. What went wrong????View Thread
