So as the title says, I have a mass...thing...on my gums. I'm not really sure how to describe it, other than it extends from the gum line and the gums surrounding it are really irritated (they also bleed when I brush). It doesn't really bother me that much, other than when I brush, but I'm wondering if anyone can give suggestions on what it could be.
I know the best thing would be to have a doctor or dentist look at it, but I'm a college student and still under my parents' health insurance. So the only way I'd be able to get a professional to look at it without paying out of my own pocket, would be to go home. It's about a day's travel to do so and with it still being the middle of the semester, it isn't ideal.View Thread
