Not an alcoholic, have not drank in the past 12 months, had a transplant 3 mo ago, doing great.sometimes in the past when my wife and I have gone to dinner, a beer with a steak was sure good.i know doctored will say u shouldn't drink alcohol, but if I have a clean healthy liver and am recovering great, is there a danger in this?View Thread
I had guilt feelings too, my trans date was 11/1/13.
What I tell myself is too pay it forward by being kind to others, and help when you have a chance to.I will never be worthy of such a gift, but if I can impact someone else's life in a positive way,even if it's something as simple as a smile or encouraging someone, that's on the right track for me.
