both my hips needed to be replaced,, we did not know this for three to four years, we just thought the pain I had was due to my arthritis but in fact it was due to AVN,, I was basically walking on broken hips, my doc was amazed that I got around at all.. Tip,, do the do,, exercise in what ever manner you can but Do It.. I lost about 20 pounds prior to the surgeries,, one month appart,, and did what I could afterwards,, but do the do,, it took me longer than other people I knew who had the same surgery but,, I kept it up and now I can walk more than I have been able to do for over 6years,, DO THE DO,,,,, it will help in the long run,, God Bless,,View Thread
