You do know that Nopalea is reported to have no medical benefits. I have already checked it out with FDA and so on. This might not be beneficial to you and it is very expensive to use. You might be better off to include a good multi vitamin along with more fresh fruits and veg-in season and grown locally or at least within your country. It's just another one of those expensive health claims and I believe, like many others, they have been asked by FDA to prove the health claims or stop promoting as a "cure all". Sorry and be careful of others with many ingredients because some include salicilic acid and salicin, a form of aspirin. If you are having issues with NSAIDs and or on blood thinners you need to inform your doctor.View Thread
