Hi there, I'm on the 2nd injection of a total of three. My doc explained that pain relief will not be noticed for at least 4 to 6 weeks after the weekly injections. Which, by the way really don't hurt that much and only take about 5 seconds to do. I've seen incredible results in friends and family who have been almost pain free for at least 4 & 5 years. My doc was realistic and explained that these may not work for everyone. Last. it helps if you have good insurance because each shot is 500 dollars per knee. But being pain free is priceless. Hope insurance companys realize that paying for the injections is a hell of a lot cheaper than forking out for a knee replacement. Good luckView Thread
