my name is vineet.
I had a RIGHT KNEE ACL surgery in May 2008.
while playing football at school in april 2007.(after 1 year i was operated).
now after 4years 7 months...
i was just playing with my friend in my room.
my friend was laying down on floor.and i was standing ..
for fun...(to kick him)(one leg in air n other on floor)
i raised my knee normally but my friend pushed my RIGHT LEG sideways.
Though he pushed my leg sideway direction (normal force not very forceful)
i just felldown and i had a feeling that something is broken or displaced from my knee.
after 15 minutes i just able to walk ..
but next morning.. i had swelling around my knee.
after 10 days of painkiller or swellling healer..it was back to normal..
but my knee was producing a cracking sound whenver i fold my knees.
doctor advised me TO exercise n make hamstring /quadruples strong.or the muscles near knee strong..
after 1 month i.e 22 jan 2013 while exercising .
(it was my fault) i was trying to bow my right knee while other leg on bed/heighted place.
then mother of god.. i had a twisted knee injury..
never had before..like i had nausea n going to sleep..but anyhow i managed to drink water and come back to life...
so i had 2 twisted like incidents in 40 days
I HAVE NO PROBLEM IN WALKING ,,,NO PAIN ...JUST CRACKING SOUND COMES WHENVER I BEND.FOLD MY KNEE
N ALWAYS HAVE A FEELING THAT SOMETHING IS DISLOCATED IN MY KNEE.
now my real question is do need another type surgery to stabilze my knee or
wha kind of problem i am facing.. ??????View Thread

i dont hav such symtons of migrane..
but,
i used to have migrane headache (serious) whenver i go outside to play or travel..
doctor said its because of sunlight..
60% was because of sun and 40 % because of eating junk or outdoor foods..
so i left my habit of eating outside..
my problem was solved..
i usually avoid or take precaution like carring umbrella whenver iahve to go t=in 11:am to 4: pm ..when sun is at its peak..!!.View Thread
