I'm 17 years old and had ACL surgery just over 3 years ago. I was never able to fully return to the physical activities I was involved in before the surgery. I've tried to run and exercise more frequently, but the pain in my knee is too much to handle. It usually only hurts when I am engaging in some sort of physical activity, such as running or walking for a long period of time. However, over the month or two I have been experiencing pain in my knee almost constantly. Does anybody know why this may be happening or what it may be caused by?View Thread
