Merck I believe is the co. putting out these dangerous drugs and they are causing women to break femur bones loose jaw bone lose teeth and so many other bad side effects. Just do the strength training , it really works
I like to use a weight vest one recommended is for women with osteoporosis its by nyk but hand wts are ok though they dont really do the whole body like a good vest. Investin a vest it is so easy to use.View Thread
