an - can you stop taking the drugs or is it possible to stop I was saying I had nice results just using a weight vest. but I have not taken those drugs as I was readng up on them and I think tha t I would rather have osteoporosis than some of those side effects. Go the natural way its safe check out some of those sites like reverse osteopenia or save our bones they offer good advice. Be safe go natural it cant hurt youView Thread
Hi , I was saying that I added a weighted vest to my walking as I love to walk but now since I have added a vest mine is by NYKNYC, I am getting very positive results. I tried to read your comment but I am not that great at math so I am not sure what you are saying. But I know that using this vest really worked for me . they have studies on the benefit of using a vest and they halted many of the patients osteoporosis in the study plus the women started building new bone . No drugs just a good diet and workouts with a vest! works for me.View Thread
I was diagnosed with osteoporosis in my hips two years ago my MD wanted me to take fosamax but I read on it and it sounded like it was not for me . I read on healthy diet for strong bone and that using a weight vest can really help bones . I got the one my therapist recommended by nyknyc , it's for women with osteoporosis . Very comfortable very attractive , long story short I have halted the progress of osteoporosis AND even more exciting I am gaining more bone mass , and its quality bone mass thanks to the nyknyc vest. I recommend everyone to try this method for strong and healthy boneView Thread
