As for exercise, it sounds as if you would have to stick to things like swimming, walking, light weights for now. Cycling and the elliptical are also low-impact options. What exercise have you been doing that aggravated the fracturing?View Thread

Good to hear you are eating healthy, with lots of vegetables, which have so many benefits. Very important though, don't neglect the lean protein (from sources like fish, chicken, lean red meat, lean pork, egg-whites, beans, dairy, nuts).
