My sister had her 1st chemo for stage III ovarian on 9/29 & was hospitalized on 10/3 for complications from the chemo & the c. I tried to take care of most everything i could for her, & in the hospital too, until 10/7. My q is this; Can i get sick from the chemo also by being so "hands on" with all that was happening, (body fluids...)? I started getting really sick on the 8th & even though i have medical problems of my own, i'm really alot sicker then i should be i think. There was some information about home precautions but i wasn't thinking anything like this...View Thread
