Well I am trying something new. I've done everything else so now I am trying acupuncture . It is a really different thing to do. It does not hurt and makes me very relaxed. I really feel it is helping a little bit. My sciatic nerve going down my right leg has subsided a bit since doing this. I feel my back feels a little bit better in fact I forget to take some of my meds since my back was not hurting as bad. I am done with physical therapy again it helps strenthing my core but really doesn't do much for the pain. The only thing I worry about is they kept saying my hips were out of align and after a while of pulling and pushing my hips were align but for how long? They also said my pubic bones are weak and moving which does't help the back. I will still take one day at a time, practicing my yoga and the excersizes they gave me from pt, I will try to watch my weight not that I'm over weigh but I feel so much better when I at or close to what I should weigh. I will try to use my excersize bike more and try to walk more and take my meds as prescribed. I will always take everybody's advise and try to see if it will help me and I hope what I have done might help someone else. Happy holidays to all and I hope we all learn something that will help us live a good and wonderful life and share our experiences to others. Love KimView Thread
