Never be ashamed of your pain! Its not your fault. You wouldn't be ashamed if you had your arm in a cast, would you? Then, accept your illness for what it is, a part of you from now on. You may have to say "good-bye" to your former life and say "hello" to your new one with this new doctor. I hope you went to a pain specialist..they have been the ones who helped me best. Good luck to you!View Thread
It is none of his business that you are on specific medications! He is there to provide a service to you and that is that! The procedure should be flawless and easily done. If you feel that he is giving you issues, go over his head, or use that pharmacy when isn't working that day. Also if he has any issues, you tell him to call your doctor for verification. Though, if his actions are really bothering you, I would find a pharmacy that treats you better, like a person rather than a drug addict. As for filling the meds at another pharmacy, what was stated is true, the pharmacies have a system in place to earmark these meds so that you aren't doctor or pharmacy shopping. But if you do switch, I would switch everything. Good luck!View Thread
