Unfortunatley, blessedladyptl is right. There really isn't much you can do. The only thing that I would add to what she said is that you might try calling back and begging just to see if you can get them to change their minds.
How long have you been going there? If it's been a while, remind them of that. Also make sure to tell them how much pain you're in and that you can't live w/out your meds. Anything you can think of that might change their mind.
But probably, you'll just have to try to find another pm dr. and soon, before you run out of your meds.
I posted my comment. That's all I know to do at this point. Even if these 30 or so doctors are nothing to worry about, I still think it's important for the FDA to know how we feel about this for anything that may come up in the future. Let us be heard!View Thread
After reading all of the posts on this, I don't know whether to be worried about this or not. I do know that it is important to be informed and proactive. I agree with whoever made the comment that this is not a "war on drugs" but rather a "war on chronic pain sufferers". I just wish there was more we could do. Maybe we should start our own petition. I bet we would have thousands of signatures. I feel helpless and at the mercy of the lawmakers.View Thread
