I have had fusions and a discectomy in 2009... 7mos ago the herniation(L-5 S1) came back with a vengeance...constant horrible pain, couldn't lay down to sleep was also excruciatingly painful to stand or walk. I was contemplating getting a disc replacement in Germany(go to betterdiscreplacement.com there's a number next to correct site when you scroll down cant remember now sorry) any way I am WALKING PAIN FREE now and sleeping and having a LIFE due to Teeter hang-up inversion table!!! ^ _ ^ Thank God!!! I use it 3-5min daily...easy(although I had to have help at first cause I could barely move due to pain and I was on strong pain meds too) machine is sturdy and well worth the $300.00 also able to make installments. I just bought it 40 days ago and am now walking 3 or more days a week with friends on the beach, I am able to sleep, I am weaning off the narcotics...I have my LIFE back!!! ^ _ ^ not completely pain free, but close enough and with continued use and exercise and blessings from above..... ^ _ ^View Thread
