My Story:
I'm a mother of two grown sons, have a great daughter-in-law, granddaughter and grandson.

I have fibromyalgia and by the early/mid 90's that impacted my ability to continue to work outside the home, voluntarily or otherwise. That's when I found the internet which opened up a whole new world to me, helped me deal with the pain and have fun, gave me options for work, and, most importantly, created long-lasting and valuable friendships.

I came to WebMD in May 2001. I've been moderating online message boards since November 1996 and I love being part of a community that helps people find the support and information they need regarding their health conditions. And moderating utilizes all the (previously unmarketable) skills and experience I had. It's a perfect fit for me.
