Or, do your own research, and wean yourself. My pain management doctor, whom I really like, does not really believe I can get off of the opioids, he makes suggestions but I have done it myself. I use the 10% rule, then I just break pills to get an approximation of that.

What a rip off! I am a person who got off Ambien, by breaking pills, and am well on my way off methadone, again, by splitting pills. I have never heard of this outfit you mentioned, I really do not care.
My old doctor retired, I had no trouble finding a new doctor who accepted my Medicare. Doctors have to accept Medicare because almost all older adults have it.and they are the ones who are sick. Doctors are not going to cut off their noses to spite their faces.
