So my daughter had a yeast infection for the first time about two weeks ago. We went through the cream that the doc. gave us and it looked like it was all cleared up. now it came back and on top of it, she has diarreaha so bad that I have to pour it out of her diaper into the toilet (it's consistancy is tomato soupy) other that these last two weeks, she is normally really health and hasn't had any major colds. Is this just a normal "bug" or should I take her in to the doc? She has a well-baby check on thurday. I bought her some pedialite and popsicles so she doesn't get dehydrated, but she is my only child and I havent had to deal with this before...it is really scary!View Thread

omg...my 1 year old has been having these screaming...throwing her body backwards....fits, then she hits when she stops screaming! She does this when I take her off of the couch which she stands on and I don't want to see her get hurt. I keep putting her in her crib for five minutes but I don't know if it is helping her understand that she can't act like this. I am new to this community, and would appreciate any ideas or suggestions to get her back in control!

Now I switched to putting her in her high chair and facing the corner. The last couple of nights she has been super hard to put to bed....she screams and screams, which it has never been hard to put her to bed. Anyway, I contributed that to her timeouts in her crib. So we'll see how the highchair facing the corner works.....
I have given her taps on the hand, but I don't want to give her the impression that hitting is okay either...so hopefully this works.....we'll see!View Thread

What makes your LO laugh the most?
Tickling her & a talking toy.
What does your LO always jump in fear over?
The Vaccumm
What does your LO want to eat at all times?
String Cheese
If your LO was an animal, what would he/she be? Why?
She sure likes to climb, but I'll go with puppy cause she is always barking....specially at our cat.
What's the biggest milestone that your LO has accomplished lately?
She is walking like crazy & not falling when she goes to pick something off the ground. Also...her right side top & bottom molars just popped through!!
And the hardest milestone that you are dealing with at the moment?
Her Temper Tantrums!!View Thread
