In terms of the daycare, don't feel guilty. We put my DS in daycare at 18 months, and he has taken really well to it. Before doing that, my DH and I worked opposite hours to watch him at home, and my mom watched him on Tuesdays, which always ended up being a headache and more trouble to deal with than it was worth. The only downside of daycare is that your son will get sick more often, and you may need to take off work to watch him on the days he needs to stay homw. But it sounds like you have your mom and/or MIL as back-ups in terms of babysitting, so that probably wouldn't even be a problem for you.View Thread
