Back to DS though, I NEVER wouldve thought the top 2 words he uses most frequently are "tickle tickle tickle" and "ALEXA!!!!!!!!" (more like uh--lett-duh but you can definitely tell he's calling her. And he never just says it. He yells it.
)Whatever happened to all of the Mamas and Dadas? Clearly DD is his favorite

Oh well, at least he went, right?

We transitioned DD straight to a queen sized bed and she was fine. DS has a convertible crib. I dunno when I'll convert it though. DD was 2.View Thread

I've noticed that Carters have the longest/thinnest onesies, and Children's place runs true to size (DD will be 4 in Aug and wears a 4T for length)View Thread

DD is probably the most independent kid you'll meet (except this phase she's going through now, which is a vent in itself!) and DS, poor kid I cant pry him off of me. I cant pee alone. I cant eat anything I dont share. He cries when I walk outta the room. I dont remember DD EVER doing this. If I sit down, he climbs all over me. Both have slept through the night since newborns (with a few bumps here and there of course). DD remembers me being pregnant with Dylan, but nothing before that...or at least she doesnt talk about it. DS doesnt remember family from the states and we've only been here 6-7 mos.
Do beat yourself up over this. This is nothing you did. They dont remember being born. Hell, they dont even know what "being born" is. They have to be taught these things, and they were way too young to understand mommy wasnt around, let alone their feelings when you werent around. My 3 yr old is just to a point where she can tell you her feelings. Guarantee a newborn has no idea. Your babies are fine. They're perfect. There's nothing you did that made them the way they are. It's genetic (and trust me....I blame DH for it all of the time. DD's a little TOO independent...LOL jk)View Thread
