You need to do something NOW. If it's so severe glasses and a patch wont work, she WILL need surgery.
(Did I scare you enough for you to make the appt yet?)
DD just got glasses about a month ago. She's 3.5. She was starting to have a lazy eye. We are starting with glasses for 3 mons, and if it doesnt correct, we go onto a patch, then surgery. If you can already see it, you need to do something about it ASAP. DDs wasnt noticable unless she was focusing on something closeup. That's why we only have to wear glasses 3 mos.View Thread
I know this subject is beat to death, but I'm not sue what to do. DD took FOREVER to PT. We stated her on the potty at 17-18 mos and she was PTd at like 32 mos. She's stubborn as they come though.
Now there's DS. He's 17 mos old. When he has to go potty, he goes and bangs on the bathroom door, helps me put the seat on top of the toilet, and goes on the potty. He cant *say* he has to go potty, so he runs into the hall and bangs on the bathroom door. 1. I know he's way young to PT. 2. He's only been banging on the door for 3 days, doesnt wake up dry at all, so he's not going in underwear anytime soon, and 3, I have no freaking clue how to train a boy! I sit him on the potty and make him lean forward, but DH turned him around and it seemed like it was easier for him to go. Do you teach them to hold it down? Is it easier for them to sit on the potty backwards?
All I had to do with DD is sit he up there and she pees. I dont know about this whole boy thing. help!
Funny story... when you give him TP, he wipes his penis and tosses it in the toilet. He's been watching sister too long... View Thread
You should go back and ask for the procedure. I had Endo and adhesions from my c/ when I had my tubes tied , so I had to have a hysterectomy in Sept, and I am still paranoid sometimes (ok...that sounds extrememly crazy, but I always wonder "what if" too LMAO, though it's not physically possible)View Thread
I would think more like an infection than teething. Has his stomach been messed up? With my kids, I use regular mint toothpaste. I know that copious amounts of flouride are poisonous, so I just take their toothbrush and rub it across the top of their tube (I buy them travel size so it doesnt last long and only they use it and I dont squirt the paste on their brush) . It helps with DDs breath View Thread
I'm a mix. I strut my stuff in my Loubou heels, but love my flip flops. I make beautiful dinners some nights, and tacos or pizza others. I do have several shades of lipstick in my purse, but I dont wear it everyday. Most days my hair is up unless it's the day or the day after I washed it (thanks humidity). I wear designer jeans, but own many brands (some days certain jeans just dont fit right). I live in Holland, land of the tulips and fresh flowers, so we almost always have flowers, but by no means to I buy expensive bouquets. The expensive ones tend to die sooner...lol. I enjoy manis/pedis.,massages, but I cant freaking find anyone here! I drive a BMW, but the inside looks like a coat closet (thanks to the unpredictable weather). And I love me some jewlery View Thread
