My mom and friends also had a "sprinkle" for me. I am having a boy this time and didnt need alot of the big items since we got all those for my DD in neutral colors. I mostly needed clothes and accesories. It was alot of fun. My mom and MIL got us the Double Sit n Stand stroller.
I did not register for anything..... I felt funny doing that.View Thread
Honestly I do feel that she needs to have Leah taken away from her if even for the short term. I understand they piece together parts of her life for the show but even those little pieces show us that she is not ready and able to be the best parent she can be. Do I think she can in the future? Maybe but it will take alot of counseling, anger management and parenting classes. She has been abusive both physically and verbally to Gary in front of her daughter. Leah does not need to be part of that. She is a precious baby and desserves the best life she can get. No I cannot imagine having my DD taken from me but I also do not have to worry about that because I do not treat her like Amber treats Leah and I do not physically or verbally abuse my spouse. Yes we have had our moments and yelled at each other in front of her but nobody is perfect but there is a line to be drawn and not crossed...Amber continually crosses that line. Do I feel sorry for her? Maybe a little. She is young and immature and I dont know where her family stands in the situation as it always seems to be Gary's family they talk to. She doesnt seem to have any support but she also doesnt seem to care about her actions. Maybe I am harsh but so be it. Somebody needs to be the advocate for Leah and she sure isnt steppig up and Gary doesnt seem to be either (although he is getting better).View Thread
I dont know if any of you watch this but I just had to post because I am so upset for Leah!! Amnber is a psycho and really needs to have her taken away. That poor innocent baby is treated so badly by her!! I hope Gary does keep her and calls CPS on Amber, She is clearly abusive to him and in front of the baby!!! It makes me so upset!!!View Thread
How about when she kicked him in the back as he was going down the stairs!!! I was furious!! And about the crib sheets..she was so unappreciative of Gary's mom for getting her some. What a B!! That was thoughtfull of his mom to do that. Why is it Amber can afford her Martial Arts but not crib sheets for her own daughter! Ugg I seriously cannot stand her. I would love 5 minutes with her! LOLView Thread
I was proud of him this episode. He really seemed to finally step up to the plate. I am SOOO happy he didnt retaliate on her when she was hitting him. He took the higher road and his daughter and left. It was the right thing to do. They had an interveiw with them on MTV.com afterward and she was just rambling on about how she doesnt even remember acting that way and she yelled at him there too!! Ugg!View Thread
