To get some discussion going, what are you most looking forward to when spending your first holiday season with your little ones?
I'm excited to get his picture taken with Santa and cuddle by the fireplace with him. Also excited to introduce him to extended family that hasnt met him yet. Basically just looking forward to spending time as a new little family. He's only 10 wks on Tues so he wont be getting too many toys and he wont know whats going on at all but it will still be fun for mom and dad!!!View Thread

He loves to coo, smiles a TON, and make noises at Mommy and Daddy! He LOVES this Zebra thats on his mobile and whenever he looks at it he giggles and coos and "tells him all his secrets" as I like to say. He also has that "gloworm" seahorse and really likes it but he fusses whenthe music turns off (which is only after about 3 minutes) and that drives us nuts so we dont use it at night anymore to soothe! LOL!
He looks exactly like his daddy which is just fine bc Daddy is adorable too, but I swear he has my lips. He has the same disposition that I did as a baby though! Happy all the time except he has some bowel issues and only poops like once a week and screams when straining poor guy. So we've just started giving an ounce of pear juice once a day along with the breastmilk. Any other suggestions you ladies have are greatly appreciated!
So far I love that zebra mobile he has and we've just started using the bumbo and that works for 10 min before his neck starts to bother him and he gets fussy. I also love his Winne the Pooh bouncy seat. He's getting a jumperoo/exersaucer from us for Christmas so cant wait to start using that!
I am a working mom and really wish I didnt have to, but the Grandmas take him each one day a week and then the other days he goes to an in-home daycare but I really like the girl and he loves going there and watching the other kids play. It really wears him out and as he gets older it will be good for socializing for him.
ok so this was SUPER long but very fun!! Thanks!View Thread
