When I fry bacon then my eggs in the grease, I spoon the bacon grease on top of the eggs so my sunny side ups get the heat from the bacon grease. When I cook a little cleaner, that is with a light spray of Pam in the pan, I cook low and slow and the eggs set pretty well. I know what you mean though, even turning them for just a short while helps set the flip side. If you don't flip, just cook low and slow.View Thread
