OMG DUDE. we are the same people except i am black hahaha. i wait too and its a drag to take tray and plates. plates expecially in my right hand.i play the guitar a little bit but have a hard time strumming because there isnt enough muscle memory but i play the piano for my church and i am mean on it. oh its not easy but i have worked through it. i did p90x and was actually able to grraduate and 2 weeks from graduating insanity. i AM RIPPED NOT EVEN BEING ABLE TO DO CURLS. HAHA but my right hand has still been weaker. rotation still hasnt improved from all the yoga. i will also nott mind at all if my bones had to be restructured. i ddont even care. i have the change problem and every problem you have too bro. i will ge see a doctor eventually. i know there is a way. i have FREAKING SEEN PEOPLE WITH SHATTERED BONES GET THOSE PUT BACK IN PLACE SO WHY CANT THEY DO THIS YA KNOW. AND IF ITS A TENDENT OR WHATEEVER, THEY JUST RIP IT AND PUT IT N THE RIGHT PLACE. i know i am getting a little mad but i know you understand how i feel. i feel like life will be so much more easier if i have both hands that are good but then again there are people that have no arms.CONCLUSION ....COUNT YOUR BLESSINGS BUT WORK TO BE BETTER THAN YOU WERE THE DAY BEFORE AND DONT DRINK SODA AND EAT FRIES BACAUSE THEY ARE BAD FOR YOU HAHA...PEACEView Thread
like it really hasnt been a big prroblem to me but still a problem. i do a lot of yoga. weight lifting and do hammer curls, that arm is definitely weaker than the other but it looks fine...its apparently smallr too but not noticable. only surgery will do it..its either bone or muscle or tendents..ya kno...please get back at me too on the diagnosisView Thread
know all about the change problem...mine is only at my right hang and my left hand is waaay stronger than my right....ill go get it checked eventually..i am 20 yrs by the way..had this my whole life.working out is a drag too...stay strong....there are other people in worse stuff...dont let it bother you too muchView Thread
ohhaha how funny. literally share the same story.i have had the same problem where i cant face my palm up at my right hand or do a supination( the right word i found with research). i can only do hammer curls. i cant do supination curls. well it hasnt really messed with my life. but my story is my mom also says i was stuck in her and they had to pull me out... some crazy stuff really.but i am also gna go see a doctor. i also cant perform an uppercut and it messes with most of my workout. i hate it so much. i also cant take channge from people. haha people think thats funny though. pretty much cant do anything that requires supinationView Thread
