My 2 1/2 year old seems to only get fevers at dad's house. I drop him off on Sundays, and a few hours later I get an email saying our son has 100-101 fever. Our son crys as I am driving him to the exchange (midpoint of our two homes), and tells me "no mama no, go home" I have asked our son, if he is sad and he says "yes mama" Our son is ok with his step mom at pick up but is not adapting when his dad comes to pick him up. Also, apparently he is having issues going #2 over there too. Our son is in a Daycare/Preschool Wed, Thurs, Fridays and goes #2 everyday either at daycare or at our home. We have taken him to the doctor, last Tuesday, and lab work was done including a stool sample. We should be getting the report this week. The doctor told us he is a happy healthy boy, he is at his average for weight and height. Doctor, could our son be experiencing some type of emotional stress, knowing that Sunday is his day to go to his dads (or as he says Jose's house), therefore his body expresses itself with low-grade fever or constipation?View Thread
