My 10-year old suddenly stopped sleeping in her own bed. She cries & screams about "bad dreams". She will stay up all night rather than sleep in her own bed. I know she's not even falling asleep before complaining. Maybe she had a nightmare once, but not every night. I don't know what to do. I tried rewards for if she slept alone...nothing. I unfortunately let her sleep with me once out of sheer exhaustion. We hadn't slept in 3 nights. She's never co-slept with us, so this is completely new. She says she doesn't like her room anymore...that it's too far away from us (she's on the first floor, we are on the third). I only have two bedrooms in my house, so I can't switch her to a 'spare' room. What do I do? Help!View Thread
