Yum! I used to have a dehydrator. I miss it. I stopped using it when I lived in Florida because believe it or not, it is hard to get good produce there. Since I hadn't used it in years, it didn't make the cut when we moved--and now we have fresh produce in the summer that rocks but no dehydrator. I should look for one second hand somewhere.
