Thank you for posting. You've landed in a supportive community supported by a wonderful expert, Dr. Stacy. (and great members like worn1)
Have you asked your medical team about counseling or local groups that might help you feel less scared? Here's a link that might have some additional information:

I'm sure you feel isolated at this time and I'm glad you're reaching out!
Did you ask your doctor if there is a local support group that you could attend? Face-to-face interaction with others might be helpful at this time.
Additionally, you can check out the Parkinson's Disease Health Center for tons of resources and information including this list:

The expert in this community, Dr. Stacy, is amazing. Be sure to post any questions you have about your diagnosis here.
How are you feeling overall? Have you started any new medications since your diagnosis?

Have you been to see your regular doc? Make sure bring your husband with you to your appointment to discuss all of your symptoms - and bring in (and take) detailed notes.
I'm not sure why you think a doctor "wouldn't believe" you?

I'm not the expert on this board - that is Dr. Stacy. But I do have advice for you -please take care of yourself during this time !
