My leg tremmors run along the signs of restless leg syndrome, but can both be sporadic, and quite intense. The deep aches that seem to motivate the movement can be almost unbearable, one has to, must move to aliveate the symptoms.
Mostly troublesome when I am at rest. The hand tremors are worse. Hand writing gone to preschool readability, can't type, grip redution in control of everday items. General clumsiness on the rise. Random muscle jerks and twitches. His symptoms similar with a few changes, but mostly worried about my ability to care for him....do early onsets decline faster? Bells palsey type issues, jaw treamors, and tooth grinding clenching are all in the mix. Will his meds control the worst of his movement issues,? He is insured, I am not...will a delay in med and full testing for me impede the efficacy of available treatments?View Thread
My father (74 next month) got his first Rx today. I have been showing signs that concern me in regard to early onset Parkinson's. Could use some insight from those more experienced in these situations. We live togther, so I can handle his needs, but am worried about my progression if I too have Parkinson's. His wife still works, and has titanium rods in her back, so can't help with upcoming labor aspects, but she is an MD, so an excellent resource. I'd rather not add to her burdens with my questions until i have a better understanding of what the progression looks like for my dad, anb quite likley, me. Help? Thoughts?View Thread
